An Account Coordinator supports account managers in servicing client relationships — managing communications, tracking deliverables, preparing reports, and ensuring clients feel looked after at every stage of the engagement.
Act as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts within agreed scope
Track project deliverables and flag risks to the account manager
Prepare client status reports, meeting agendas, and post-meeting recaps
Coordinate internal teams to ensure account deliverables are met on time
